Manufacturer: German Remedies
Pharmaceutical name: Tadalafil
Tadora is prescribed for addressing erectile dysfunction, as it aids in enhancing blood circulation to the penis and improves the body’s capability to achieve and maintain an erection during sexual arousal.
The appropriate dosage of Tadora may differ for each individual, based on the physician's advice. Do not crush or break Tadora tablets. The suggested starting dosage is 20 mg, typically taken 30 to 60 minutes prior to sexual activity. It is important not to exceed this dosage more than once a day. Tadora can facilitate the attainment of an erection when sexual stimulation is present; however, an erection will not occur solely from taking the pill, and its effects can last up to 36 hours.
It is highly advisable to consult your doctor or pharmacist before beginning Tadora, especially if you are allergic to this medication or if you are using other treatments for pulmonary arterial hypertension. Make sure to inform your doctor if you have any of the following conditions: angina (chest pain), penile deformities such as Peyronie's disease, hypertension or hypotension, heart conditions or arrhythmias, coronary artery disease, a recent heart attack (within the last 90 days), a recent stroke (within the last 6 months), liver or kidney disease (or if you are on dialysis), a stomach ulcer, blood disorders like sickle cell anemia, multiple myeloma, or leukemia, bleeding disorders such as hemophilia, retinitis pigmentosa (an inherited eye condition), or if you have been advised against sexual intercourse for health reasons.
Consumption of alcohol while using Tadora may lead to serious and undesirable side effects. It is essential to avoid grapefruit products while taking Tadora. Additionally, do not use other medications for impotence, like alprostadil or yohimbine, without consulting your doctor first.
Report any side effects to your doctor or healthcare provider promptly, particularly allergic reactions such as skin rash, itching or hives, facial or lip swelling, tongue swelling, breathing difficulties, altered hearing, chest pain, or rapid and irregular heartbeat. Less serious side effects, which should be reported to your doctor if they persist or are troublesome, include back pain, dizziness, flushing, headaches, indigestion, muscle pain, and nasal congestion or runniness. Keep in mind that this list may not encompass all potential side effects.
If you forget a dose, you may take it as soon as you remember. If it is almost time for your next scheduled dose, skip the missed one. Do not take extra medication to compensate for the missed dose.
Keep this medication out of reach of children. Store at room temperature between 15 and 30 degrees C (59 and 86 degrees F). Dispose of any unused medication after the expiration date.
